During the asanas our bodies will vibrate together with the meditative sounds a 432 hz, during shavasana we will let ourselves be crossed by the sweet and enchanting notes of the handpan which will stimulate the opening to oneiric and dream states.

In the end, we will perform a sequence of singing the bija mantras accompanied by the Harmonium which will also help you to tune the note associated with each chakra.
